Do you think Samuel Eto’o should retire from international football?

In a letter written recently by former Cameroonian international Roger Feutmba, to Football411. He expressed widespread public dissatisfaction with Cameroon early exit from the 2014 World Cup and the reason why he thought Samuel Eto'o should retire from international football.

"I think it was a mistake in the first place that Eto’o went to the World Cup. He’s surrounded by players who are not his generation and he was supposed to be the leader and guide these young boys but that’s not what he has been doing.

Since he took over as captain, we have had problems. He’s done too much talking and so he was not focused.

For me, it is not just about the players. The bonus issue, for example, was there when I played for the national team but the only thing is we had leaders at the time. So the people in charge must not wait for the last minute to sort it out with the players."

What you take on this call for Samuel Eto'o to retire from international football?
